Through individual therapy, I work with you to develop the tools and coping strategies you need to build resilience, improve self-awareness, and enhance your mental health. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Person-Centered Therapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.
